Since Razoo took donation processing in-house on August 1, the processing entity is Razoo so that will appear on the credit card statements. We batch donations and disburse monthly to make the process more efficient for nonprofits; however, we process donations immediately so that donors receive an email confirmation and tax receipt to keep for their records. One of the best ways to know if your donation was received is to check your email box to see if the nonprofit took the time to email you a thank you. Some don't, so other options are to call them and ask if it was received, or as a last resort, you can contact our support team at Razoo. Just email info@razoo.com.Jeff Achenhttp://www.givemn.orgnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7626556443222346867.post-21726151859424580012010-08-30T19:00:37.034-05:002010-08-30T19:00:37.034-05:00Give MN is a convenient and well organized way of ...Give MN is a convenient and well organized way of giving. Last year, on Give to the Max Day, I used it to complete charitable donations for the year that I wanted to made but hadn't done yet. The only drawback was that the VISA statement listed all of them as "Network for Good" so that I couldn't cross-check whether particular organizations had actually received their donation.Paula Foxnoreply@blogger.com
